My sleep is either one or the other. I either sleep like a cat - completely, totally, soft and fluffy or I don't sleep. I toss and turn, I huff and puff. Last night started well but ended badly. Huff puff. Now the only answer to get through the morning is caffeine - coffee is my friend.
