I love this dish spaghetti with garlic, chilli & olive oil it was a dish that my mum had at the convent in Malta when growing up (strange I know) and now one of my absolute favourite supper standbys.
However - a word to the wise. Wash up before you go to bed or your house will STINK the next morning.......whoops
